This is one of the horse paddocks, just after a frosty night. You can imagine how muddy the horses get after a week of rain.
This is a shot of one of the famer’s fields, looking back to our village behind the trees. Now that spring is here and they’ve planted the fields. There are a wide variety of crops grown here, incuding a
lot of kartoffelen (potatoes) and spargel (a white asparagus-like vegetable that grows completely underground).
